THANK YOU to all the 2018 participants and sponsors for being involved in the 16th Annual Community Roundtable Golf Tournament with B. Lee Elam.  Check out this video to see our supporting sponsors, the 44-foot putt Tiger Woods sunk at the recent Valspar tournament, some goofy hole-in-one shots from the pro tour and photos from our 2017 tournament  – click here

Golfers experienced a fun-filled afternoon at Buckhorn Springs Golf & Country Club, the premier private golf course in Eastern Hillsborough County.  Players discussed the beautiful day and their golf shots over the beef brisket dinner afterwards.

Once again, Brandon Regional Hospital generously supported The Community Roundtable as the title sponsor of this annual exciting event!

After savoring Portillo’s fine hot dogs with all the fixin’s for lunch, the golfers headed out to conquer the course.

We offer special thanks for James Rivard GMC – Buick  for making the par-3 holes very exciting.  A hole-in-one on #10 wins a Buick Encore, on #4 wins $5,000 cash, on #12 wins a 4-day golf vacation, and on #6 a new set of clubs.  We had a few close calls on three holes and a very close call on #6, where the ball rolled past the hole by about one inch stopping about 4 feet away!

The players also enjoyed the putting contest.   To mimic the putt Tiger Woods sunk for birdie on the last day of the recent Valspar Tournament on hole #17, the putt was set to a distance of 44 feet.   Surprisingly, three players sunk the putt, resulting in a winner-take-all putt off!

. . . and the $250 winner was Brian Allen.  The Holmberg’s from Chick-fil-A and JJ Massaro from Integrity First Title stepped up to make this challenge a success.

This tournament has earned a great reputation for several years now by providing golfers with goodie bags full of special gifts.  The tradition continues.

Check out these photos!  Have you seen so many gorgeous looking people in one golf outing?

Thank you all for supporting The Community Roundtable!
